  • Eviction for Big Brother himself

    It has provided entertainment and controversy since it began in 2001, but it now looks certain that Network Ten has finally given the axe to reality television series Big Brother.

    Although there have previously been calls for the axing of the show by numerous personalities - including former Prime Minister John Howard - several sources stated that the show, currently in its 9th series, will be cancelled at the end of this series.

    I just heard that Nine are looking at picking up BB now :yucky:

    Ten has finally learned that it was time for BB to go, we don't need keeping the horrid thing going any longer. :rolleyes:

    I tuned in this year with the anticipation of the producers doing something different and pumping some new blood into the show. I started tuning out after the first 3 weeks.

    What will Ten pull out of their pockets to fill local content requirements for next year?
