• Coren to stay as Today Tonight host

  Following Naomi Robson's departure from the Today Tonight chair in late November, the rumours immediately started as to who will replace her in 2007.
  
  As reported by Australian Media News in November, it's almost certain that summer fill-in Anna Coren will be the show's full time presenter for 2007.
  
  The Herald Sun is reporting that Coren's boyfriend, Ben Hanson (a TV cameraman) has just flown back to Sydney, indicating her move back here from the United States is permanent. Coren had a short reporting role in Seven's US bureau, following Mike Amor's decision to also take up a presenting role in Australia.
  
  The US bureau is currently occupied by Seven reporter Nick Etchells.
