Australian radio talkback host Alan Jones has been found guilty of publicly naming a minor involved in a crime. Mr Jones did not appear in court today as he was unwell. The maximum fine is $5,500 plus a possible one year prison term.
Harbour Radio, the 2GB licensee and Nationwide News, a newspaper publisher were also implicated in the charge.
Deputy Chief Magistrate Helen Syme will consider the charges on April 20.
