• WIN Television stops sale of STW-9 to PBL Media

  WIN Television has won their injunction in the NSW Supreme Court, which prevents the shareholders of Sunraysia Television (owner of Channel Nine Perth) from voting on PBL Media's $136.4 million offer to take over the station. The vote had been scheduled to take place today.
  
  WIN has also succeeded with their request to be given access to Sunraysia's financial documents. WIN has reportedly claimed that Sunraysia did not give shareholders enough information to allow them to vote on the PBL offer.
