  Sunraysia Television today announced that it is changing its recommendation to shareholders in relation to the sale of Swan Television (the owner of Channel Nine Perth). Until now, Sunraysia has been recommending that shareholders accept the offer made by PBL Media.
  
  The directors say they have determined the WIN bid to be superior to the previously backed offer by PBL Media, which was valued at $136.4 million. The WIN offer of $163.2 million still requires shareholder approval. Sunraysia will soon release an updated timetable to announce the date for a shareholder meeting.
