  Bruce Gordon's WIN Corporation is set to purchase NWS Channel Nine in Adelaide from Southern Cross Broadcasting for a reported 105 million dollars. Pending clearance from regulators, the purchase is expected to be completed by July 1st.
  
  The purchase of NWS Nine follows WIN Corp's deal to purchase Perth's Nine Network affiliate, STW Channel Nine, from previous owner Sunraysia Television, operators of Swan TV, for 163 million dollars.
  
  NWS Nine is ranked as Adelaide's number 1 television station.
