  Sunraysia Television has announced to the ASX that subsidiary Swan TV (the owner of STW-9) has today been officially sold to Win Television in exchange for $163.2m following last weeks overwhelming vote to approve the sale to Win.
  
  For breaking its sale agreement with PBL Media Sunraysia will pay a break fee to the company of $1.36m, this is due to be paid next Monday.
