Jessica Rowe signs up with the Seven Network

Previous Nine Network personality Jessica Rowe, has secretly signed a new deal with Channel Seven to appear as a contestant on Dancing with the Stars, and become a part time news reader for the network.
"Jessica's charm and grace under pressure makes her the perfect contestant for the next series of Dancing With The Stars," David Leckie, CEO of the Seven network said today.
"Once her Dancing duties are complete, Jessica's return to newsreading will be welcomed by audiences throughout the country."
Rowe was sacked from the Nine Network while on maternity leave, taking the fall for the poor ratings of the Today show. She has since been replaced by previous Seven Network personality Lisa Wilkinson.
