Rumour has it that Seven aren't actually interested in Jessica - apparently they're interested in getting Peter Overton over to present Seven News Sydney because Ian Ross wants to retire. The rumour goes that by getting Rowe, they might be able to snatch Overton as well.

Overton has said on many occasions that he wants a 6pm news gig, so there's a bit of merit to that one. It could all be crap of course, but that's rumour anyway.

Expect to see a massive bitch fight.

If Bath doesn't get the weekday 6pm gig, there will be blood spilt.

Its amazing how a change of network, has changed some "peoples" view on Rowe.

I can't recall (too early in the morning :P), but has Bath ever come out saying she wants 6pm weeknights? If she does, then it would be interesting if this were to happen.

Not mine, I still don't like her presenting style at all. I'm sure she is good at her job, but I just can't stand watching her.

Jessica on TT Summer Edition? Wouldn't that be fun- up against Karl, if Leila didn't get the gig.

TVW are running the story now. I must say she looks quite happy today and she actually sounds decent for once.

    We'll see how she goes.
