    Aleisha wins Big Brother 2007
UPDATED | After one hundred days, nineteen housemates, and countless controversies, Big Brother has concluded for another year tonight announcing blonde bombshell Aleisha as the winner of the series, taking home to prize money of $450,000.

The announcement came as a shock to Aleisha, making her only the second female to ever win a series of Big Brother in Australia. Aleisha's popularity level on the official Big Brother website just before the announcement was 5 points higher than fellow housemate Zach.

But the big question after tonight wont be what Aleisha will be doing with the prize money; it'll be whether or not BB will be back for next year. Ratings have been far from impressive, and controversies have once again plagued the series. The producers coming under fire after not telling housemate Emma of her father passing away, and Friday Night Live hosts Ryan 'Fitzy' Fitzgerald and Mike Goldman being accused of making homophobic comments on air.

Even some of the series biggest fans have been calling for Big Brother to be axed next year, accusing the producers of selecting boring housemates, copying tasks from the United Kingdom version of Big Brother, and the cancellation of Big Brother Uncut leading to the demise of the series.

Futurama will return to the 7pm slot from tomorrow.

UPDATE | Network Ten have announced that a peak audience of 2.3 million tuned in to see Aleisha win Big Brother 2007.

I have a hunch that BB has one more year left in it, but no more than that.

FUCK :ranting: I bloody hope not :angry2: .Nothing but a pain in the ass. Always runs overtime affecting following programs. I missed Torchwood as I was not going to be home set up to tape it only to have Big Bullshit go 50 minutes overtime :ranting: , so I missed the end of Torchwood even after setting video to tape 30 beyond programmed time :angry2: .
