IN BRIEF | The Seven Network has today increased its shareholding in West Australian Newspapers Holding Limited to 17.3%, up 1.2% from its previous level. The move comes on a day when the stock market as a whole suffered huge loses with none of the S&P 200 companies recording any gains.
It follows a similar move from just under a month ago when the company raised its stake in WAN to 16.1%. WAN shares were 41 cents lower today, closing at $13.85, Seven Network shares were down 28 cents to $10.95.
